This course will refresh your skills in evaluating impaired driving suspects, from the initial observation of the vehicle to the arrest and processing of the suspect. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recommends that officers responsible for conducting DUI investigations attend refresher training to maintain both their skills in detecting impaired drivers and proficiency in the administration of the SFSTs. This course provides the latest revisions to the program, along with relevant legal changes for DUI prosecution.
